Working with Shannon was wonderful. We started out looking for one type of house in a certainlocation, but then dynamics changed on what we needed. Our search area changed, and the house needs as well, and Shannon worked with us even though it wasn't what we initially started with. She's very flexible, and always easily reached. She was very knowledgeable on the different inspections that had to be done and pass. She understood what we needed and was not pushing us to just make any purchase. As we worked with her we felt she was more as a friend than just a realtor.
